 A yoga practice focused on the major chakras of the subtle body. Asana practice with pranayama (breathing) and meditation.

 This practice follows the different stages of the moon: from a Yang energetic practice in the full moon, to a more introspective Yin practice during the new moon.

 Breath is life.
Have you thought about the quality of your breath? Are you mindful of the in-breath and the out-breath? Did you know that you can control the power of your mind through regulation of your breath?
In yoga beliefs, you can control your inner force, prana, through your breath.
There are several techniques that can help you to release blockages, tap into your inner wisdom, calm your mind, and balance your physical and mental body.  Typically, pranayama is practiced alongside yoga. In my yoga classes, the flow and quality of the breath is as important as the asana practice. .

Meditation

 Depending on the type of meditation, it can relieve stress, anxiety, induce sleep, stimulate positive thinking, manifest positivity and more.  Meditation can be as simple as sitting comfortably and focusing on the breath, or you can be taken by the practitioner on a guided journey, where you may access other dimensions, thoughts, and emotions.  In my experience, pranayama, and meditation work very well with a regular yoga practice, and I regularly introduce them into my own practice and my classes.
