What I do

Over 20 years of practice and continuous studying made me the woman I am now: passionate about holistic therapies , cruising through life and enjoying every moment with gratitude and a smile.

Since initially studying aromatherapy and therapeutic massage, I have also acquired qualifications in reflexology, deep tissue/remedial massage, pregnancy and postnatal massage, facial rejuvenation, shiatsu, macrobiotic nutrition, yoga and Pilates. I also offer complementary therapies for cancer (Oncology Massage, Reflexology and Facials).

The journey never ends

 My search for knowledge continues; at this time in my life, I am looking within, tapping into intuition, and unlocking MY inner wisdom. My journey continues with the Diana Cooper School of Light, as a Golden Atlantis teacher, and with Kyle Gray as a Certified Angel Guide and Angel cards practitioner (ongoing). 

I invite you to join me in this truly amazing expedition, working on your physical body or through spiritual endeavours. 

I run my own practice through Zoom, in St. Albans area (Hertfordshire), and I make home visits in Northwest London.

I tailor all my treatments to your needs; you are Unique, and together we can tap into your inner self and release any blockages that are holding you.
